Your BlackStorm Cloud subscription includes a large set of core platform features at no additional monthly charge beyond your base plan.

Some services inside the platform are usage-based or optional add-ons. These are only billed if you choose to use them.

This page explains what’s included, what may create usage charges, and which advanced options may cost extra.

Included Features at No Extra Charge

Usage-Based Rates

Some features inside BlackStorm Cloud are billed based on how much you use them.

These charges apply only when used.

Phone System Usage

If you use the built-in phone system, the following rates apply:

Outbound calls: $0.028 per minute

Inbound calls: $0.017 per minute

SMS messaging: $0.0166 per message segment

Email Delivery

If you use Lead Connector email delivery, the rate is:

Email delivery: $0.0014 per email

You may also connect your own SMTP provider, such as Google Workspace or another supported email service.

Email Verification

If you use built-in email verification, the rate is:

Email verification: $0.005 per email verification

Domain Purchases

If you purchase a domain through the platform, the rate is:

Domain purchase: $20 per domain

WhatsApp Usage

If you use WhatsApp messaging, the rate is:

WhatsApp outbound messaging: $0.148 per message

AI & Premium Usage Rates

Some AI and premium tools are billed based on usage.

Agent Studio

$0.50 per 750,000 words processed

Funnel AI

$1.98 per execution

Reviews AI

$0.02 per generated review response

Conversation and Voice AI

Conversation AI: $0.04 per message

Voice AI: $0.26 per minute of voice call usage

Workflow – External AI Models

Input: $1.20 per 750,000 words

Output: $4.80 per 750,000 words

Content AI

Generated text: $0.18 per 1,000 words

Generated image: $0.12 per image

Workflow Premium Features

$0.02 per execution

Optional Add-Ons

Some features are available as optional upgrades for businesses that want more advanced capabilities.

These may include:

listings sync

advanced SEO tools

ad management tools

premium marketplace apps

other advanced growth features

These are not required to use BlackStorm Cloud effectively, but may be activated if needed.

If you choose to activate an optional add-on, related pricing will be shown before or during activation.
